The Spacemaker Plus dissector system combines a balloon dissector and an access device into a single, modular device. The dissection balloons are available in two shapes (round or oval). The access devices are available in two shapes (round or A-frame). The distention balloon (either oval or round) separates tissue planes, forming a discrete cavity for laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.
