Where does the product you purchase from facilities go? Who does WestCMR sell to?
WestCMR resells 80% of the products we buy to hospitals and surgery centers in the United States. The remaining 20% is either donated to recognized Medical Supply Relief Organizations or properly disposed of through our zero-landfill initiative.
How long does it take for WestCMR to formulate an offer for my surplus inventory?
You will receive an offer for your items within 24-48 hours.
What return can I expect?

Will WestCMR buy reprocessed or expired products?
We do purchase selective reprocessed products. Visit the contact us form today to discuss further or email email@example.com.
We are unfortunately unable to monetize expired product.
Does WestCMR purchase equipment?
WestCMR does not purchase equipment. However, our sister company, Ware Consulting, LLC does purchase equipment. Visit their website or contact them via email for more information.
Can you provide me with references?
Absolutely! We have purchased inventory from over 1,000 different surgical facilities in the past 24 years, many of which work with us on a regular basis. Please contact us today and we'll provide you with appropriate references.
Who pays for shipping?
When selling to WestCMR, we cover the shipping expenses by sending you prepaid shipping labels or scheduling a pallet pick up.
When purchasing from WestCMR, customers pay to ship their order.
How do I get started?
What we'll need from you is a complete inventory list (in an Excel spreadsheet format), including:
- Reference #
- Unit of Measure (Each/Box)
- Quantity available
- Expiration dates
Expiration dates are the most important factor in calculating your payout.
We will also need your full contact information, including:
- First and Last Name
- Facility Name
- Facility Address
- E-mail Address
- Direct Phone Line

Who warranties the products I purchase from WestCMR?
WestCMR warranties all of the items in our inventory. Our inventory consists of new, unused, and in-date items. In the rare event that an item should fail to operate properly, WestCMR will replace the product or refund the purchase price, if we are out of stock.
How much money can a facility save annually by purchasing products from WestCMR?
Hospitals and surgery centers can save from 10-60% on items by purchasing them from WestCMR. Savings will vary based on the size of your facility, your current contracted pricing, product lines, and order frequency.
