The AtriClip Gillinov-Cosgrove selection guide (Guide) is a single patient use surgical instrument designed to assist in the selection of the appropriate AtriClip LAA exclusion system with preloaded Gillinov-Cosgrove LAA Clip (Clip). The guide is an accessory to the Clip. The Guide is malleable and may be placed directly adjacent to the Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) for sizing.
