The single-hole knot pusher provides a simple method to advance sliding knots and half-hitches. This closed end knot pusher has a modified handle that provides an ergonomic feel. The distal tip has also been modified for easier advancement of slipknots and half-hitches. The 6th finger was designed to tie the surgeon's knots and allows the surgeon to apply and maintain tension to the first throw while advancing subsequent throws.
