Supris is a permanent, synthetic, mid-urethral support sling that has been developed for the retro pubic approach using either a top-down or bottom-up technique. Supris is a macroporous, knitted, monofilament polypropylene sling allowing for optimal tissue integration. (cf. 1) Supris can be placed using a bottom-up or top-down approach.
