Valved Infusion Catheter, 5 mm dia. x 10 cm Length, 100 cm Usable Length, 0.038 in. Maximum Guidewire, Infuse with Ease, Infuse without a Guidewire in Place, Which Eliminates the Risk of Guidewire Movement, For Simplified Patient Care
Infuse with ease, with or without a guidewire in place, thanks to the Cragg-McNamara valved infusion catheter. Offered in 4 and 5 Fr sizes, the valved-tip single lumen catheter gives you the option to deliver anti-thrombus agents without a tip-occluding guidewire, for streamlined patient care. U.S indications- The Cragg-McNamara micro therapeutics infusion catheter is intended to be used for the controlled selective infusion of physician-specified pharmacologic agents or radiopaque contrast media into the general vasculature. All pharmacologic agents utilized with the micro therapeutics infusion catheter should be fully prepared and used according to the instructions for use of the specified pharmacologic agent. The micro therapeutics infusion catheter is not intended for coronary, pediatric or neonatal use. Large infusion lumen- The 5 Fr Cragg-McNamara valved infusion catheters give you the option to infuse without a guidewire in place, nearly doubling the infusion lumen area. Other infusion catheters require use of a tip-occluding guidewire during treatment, reducing the area available for infusion. Infusion lumen comparison- compare the infusion lumen areas of the Cragg-McNamara (below) and other 5 Fr infusion catheters. Infuse with ease- use the 5 Fr Cragg-McNamara catheter coaxially with the ProStream infusion wire to maximize treatment area and treat two areas- simultaneously-below the knee.
